How does the founding member rate work?
The founding member rate locks your monthly price at $9.99 for as long as you remain a member — even after we raise the standard rate to $14.99/mo. This is available for a limited time only. Once the founding window closes, new members pay $14.99/mo. If you cancel and re-subscribe, you re-enter at the current rate.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get 14 days free with full access to your chosen tier. No charge until day 15. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost. After the trial, billing starts automatically on your selected plan.
How does the referral credit work?
Share your unique referral link. When a friend signs up and makes their first purchase, you both get $15 in store credit. You can earn up to $15 x 10 referrals per year ($150 max). This is a single-tier program — you earn only when your direct referral buys, no downlines.
What qualifies for the 10% member discount?
The 10% discount applies to qualified brands stocked at Hilger Chronicles. The full list of qualified brands is available in your member dashboard once you join.
What comes in the Skincare + HC monthly box?
Each month you receive a curated skincare box with a retail value of approximately $60–$100. Products rotate monthly and are selected by our team. The box ships to your address on file.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade from HC Membership to Skincare + HC at any time. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime. No cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-cycle your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
