Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item size and destination. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight: Available at checkout for eligible items

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hilger Chronicles is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
